Senior appointment bolsters continuing growth in key market

In this senior management role he is responsible for supporting Hays' continuing growth in Japan. In particular, Jonathan focuses on the Information Technology, Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, Office Professionals and Legal specialisms for Hays' Akasaka and Shinjuku offices.

Jonathan has more than a decade of success in recruitment, and has held senior leadership roles in small, medium and large specialist recruitment consultancies servicing all industry sectors, in Australia, the U.K. and Japan. His experience to date encompasses the establishment, development, turnaround and management of high performing recruitment teams and businesses, and his expertise includes operational control and direction, sales, end-to-end recruitment, people management, talent development, strategy planning and implementation, and corporate governance.
Born in England and raised in Australia, Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Melbourne.
