CICICL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Investment Corporation. After completion of the Acquisition, Best Investment became a wholly-owned subsidiary of CICICL. Best Investment holds 930,559,454 shares in the capital of the Company, which are registered in the name of Best Investment's depository agent, HSBC (Singapore) Nominees Pte Ltd. By virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act (Chapter 50 of Singapore): (a) CICICL is deemed to be interested in the shares in the Company held by Best Investment; and (b) China Investment Corporation is deemed to be interested in the shares in the Company held by Best Investment.
