In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, UBM plc today announces the following:
As at 31 January 2012, the company's issued share capital consists of 244,784,797 ordinary shares (with a nominal value of 10 pence each) with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in UBM plc is 244,784,797.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, UBM plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
