William Ng, Director of China manufacturing operations of Rapala VMC Corporation (Rapala) has resigned. He will continue as a board member of Group's Hong Kong subsidiary. Mr. Ng has worked in Rapala as Director of China manufacturing operations and a member of the Executive Committee since 2001.
