(Prime Standard: WZM, IL 0010830706) informs that the Company has filed for insolvency  at the court, as the Company has not been able to solve its liquidity issues. The Board expects that the court will nominate an administrator for Wizcom Technologies Ltd. As public administration in Israel is on strike today, no decision has been received from the court as yet.
