# Please specify details	Receipt of acceptances in respect of 2,105,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of Wanxiang ("Shares") tendered pursuant to the exit offer ("Exit Offer") by DBS Bank Ltd., for and on behalf of WBJI, to acquire all the Shares in Wanxiang other than those Shares held by Wanxiang as treasury shares and those Shares held, directly or indirectly, by WBJI as at the date of the Exit Offer, on 16 February 2012. The Exit Offer was declared to be unconditional in all respects in accordance with its terms on 3 February 2012.
