The Exit Offer was declared to be unconditional in all respects in accordance with its terms on 3 February 2012. Wande Joint Investment Pte Ltd. ("WDJI") holds the entire issued share capital of WBJI and LCN in turn is the sole shareholder of WDJI. Accordingly, LCN is deemed to be interested in the Shares held by WBJI by virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act.
