(3) Deemed interests of Anil Thadani arises as follow: (a) Anil Thadani is a substantial shareholder of Symphony Investment Managers Limited, the investment manager to Symphony International Holdings Limited ("SIHL"). Britten Holdings Pte. Ltd. ("Britten") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lennon Holdings Limited ("Lennon"), and Lennon is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIHL. Accordingly, Anil Thadani may have a deemed interest in the 35,800,000 units held by Britten. (b) Anil Thadani is the sole shareholder of ACTA and is accordingly deemed to have interest in the 509,725 units held by ACTA.
