After a complete manual recount of all the ballots, the Wellington Canvassing Board officially certified the winners of the March 13thelection. There should be no more legal challenges or guessing as to who the voters elected. Wellington residents soundly voiced their support for preservation issues including opposition to the massive commercial development in the Wellington Preserve.
