The Units were for payment of the acquisition fee in relation to the acquisition of 25 Pioneer Crescent from a related party on 29 March 2012. Cambridge Real Estate Investment Management Limited has an 80% interest in the issued capital of CITM. Oxley Global Limited (formally known as Oxley Holdings Limited) has a 30% interest in the issued shares of Cambridge Real Estate Investment Management Limited. VCA Enterprise Limited is a company wholly owned by Victor Ong Wei Tak which holds 25.68% of the issued shares in Oxley Global Limited. Accordingly Victor Ong Wei Tak has an interest of 6.16% in the issued shares of CITM. Victor Ong Wei Tak is accordingly deemed to be interested in the 9,096,904 units held by CITM prior to the issuance of new units
