Greenfield Partners, LLC and Somerset Properties, Inc. Complete Acquisition of Office Portfolio

LOWER GWYNEDD, Pa., April 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --Greenfield Partners, LLC in partnership with Somerset Properties, Inc. announced that it has acquired 34 office, flex, and industrial buildings totaling 1,904,576 square feet of space for approximately $146 million. The properties are located in Southern New Jersey;Milwaukee, WI; and Highpoint, NC. The properties were sold by Liberty Property Trust and were approximately 86% leased at the time of sale. A complete list of properties appears below.
