The LaSalle Group/Autumn Leaves to open Sugarloaf community in early 2013
The LaSalle Group, a national leader in developing assisted living memory care communities operating under the Autumn Leaves brand, will commemorate its first Atlanta-area community with a groundbreaking event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26 at Autumn Leaves of Sugarloaf, located at 1455 Satellite Blvd., Suwanee, Georgia.
Autumn Leaves memory care communities are developed, designed and constructed by The LaSalle Group and are managed and operated by its affiliate company, Constant Care Family Management.
"Our home-like memory care approach is unique to the industry and I am confident it will become valuable to the Northeast Atlanta community," said Mitchell Warren, president of The LaSalle Group. "Every aspect of this community is purposefully designed with the future resident in mind, including a particular set of needs that involve specialized care for dealing with Alzheimer's or dementia."
Each Autumn Leaves community is approximately 26,000 square feet and is supported by an expert, dedicated team of staff members. Unlike most independent and assisted living centers, every Autumn Leaves staff member is trained and certified to serve its residents' unique care needs.

The event will kick off with opening remarks, followed by a ceremonial, gold-shovel ground-breaking dig performed by company leaders. A buffet luncheon will also be served where key Constant Care Family Management, The LaSalle Group and Autumn Leaves executives will be available for comment.
