# Please specify details	Change in shareholdings as a result of open market purchases by General Nice Resources (Hong Kong) Limited ("GNR") on the following date:- 1) 12 April 2012 Purchase of 80,000 shares. 2) 13 April 2012 Purchase of 64,000 shares. With the open market purchases, the total number of shares held by GNR in Abterra Ltd. had been increased. As a result, Mr Tsoi Ming Chi's deemed interest in Abterra Ltd. was increased. Tsoi Ming Chi ("Tsoi") has a deemed interest in shares in the Company held by GNR by virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act, as (i) Tsoi is the legal and beneficial owner of more than 20% interest in General Nice Development Limited ("GND") and General Nice Investment (China) Limited ("GNI") respectively, and (ii) each of GND and GNI is the beneficial owner of more than 20% interest in the GNR.
