Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:PTNR)(TASE:PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces that it has entered into a five-year agreement with Bezeq - The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. ("Bezeq"), effective as of January 1, 2012, for the supply of transmission services for use in Partner's mobile network ("theAgreement"). The Agreement replaces an earlier agreement between the parties from 2008. The Company considers the Agreement as an additional part of the overall process of upgrading its cellular network, enhancing the network quality, increasing the browsing speed and the implementation of the Fourth Generation services. The Company believes that the transmission services to be purchased in accordance with this Agreement, together with the use of its own transmission network, will allow the Company to meet all its transmission requirements, at an improved cost during the next five years. According to the Agreement, Partner's minimum annual commitment is NIS 55 million for the year 2012 and will gradually increase to NIS 71 million for the year 2016 due to the increase in the scope of the capacity to be purchased in accordance with the layout agreed upon by the parties.
