# Please specify details	Change in shareholdings as a result of open market purchases by General Nice Resources (Hong Kong) Limited ("GNR") on the following date:- 1) 17 April 2012 Purchase of 55,000 shares. With the open market purchase the total number of shares held by GNR in Abterra Ltd. had been increased. As a result, General Nice Group Holdings Limited's deemed interest in Abterra Ltd. was increased. General Nice Group Holdings Limited ("GNG") has a deemed interest in shares in the Company held by GNR by virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act, as (i) GNG is the legal and beneficial owner of more than 20% interest in General Nice Development Limited ("GND") and General Nice Investment (China) Limited ("GNI") respectively, and (ii) each of GND and GNI is the beneficial owner of more than 20% interest in GNR.
