In accordance with the rules on financial transparency, Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC sent a notification confirming that the aggregate amount of shares they hold has reached on April 19, 2012 the threshold of 15% of the shares issued by RHJ International ("RHJI").
On April 19, 2012, Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC held 13,249,064 voting rights, representing a stake of 15.49% of RHJI total issued shares compared to a stake of 10% held previously according to its preceding transparency declaration.
