It was filed today with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers – AMF).
The document is available on the Company's website www.jcdecaux.com. Copies of the Annual Report/Registration Document can also be obtained from the company's registered office at 17 rue Soyer – 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine.
The following documents are included in the Annual Report/Registration Document:
- The report of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board on corporate governance, and internal control and risk management procedure ;
- The 2011 annual financial report ;
- The description of the share buyback program.
Pursuant to the Afep-Medef Code, the Annual Report/Registration Document also contains all the information regarding the remuneration of the Executive Management Board members.
