Kenexa (NYSE: KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today announced that Dara Torres, a five-time Olympian, and Karren Brady, one of the United Kingdom's best known business personalities, will present keynote addresses during Kenexa World Conference Orlando 2012.
KWC Orlando 2012 attendees will hear Torres and Brady educate business leaders and HR practitioners on ways to motivate and inspire their workforce. KWC Orlando 2012 "Once Upon a Tomorrow: Sharing Stories that Move Business" will be held Oct. 17-18 at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
Torres has earned a spot on the United States Olympic swim team a record five times. After a six-year layoff, Torres defied odds in 2008 when she became the oldest female swimmer to make the U.S. Olympic swim team. That year, at the age of 41, Torres also broke the national record in the 50-meter freestyle. She won three silver medals in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing while competing against women half her age. She has won 12 Olympic medals during her career. When not in the pool, Torres has worked as a correspondent for Good Morning America, and has done on-air work for ESPN, TNT and Fox News Channel.
Brady started her career in sales and moved over to Sport Newspapers. She worked her way up the corporate ladder, and when Birmingham City, a professional soccer team currently in the English Championship, fell into receivership, she convinced the company owner to buy the team and appoint her as managing director. Under Brady's leadership, the club turned a profit in the first year, consistently played in front of sellout crowds and more than doubled the value of the team. Brady is now vice chairman of West Ham United Football Club and stars in the BBC show "The Apprentice."

Kenexa World Conference Orlando is one of three World Conference events Kenexa will hold in 2012. Kenexa World Conference London takes place on Thursday while Kenexa World Conference Shanghai will be held on Sept. 19.
