| Description | We attach, for information, the Company's response to an article published in The Philippine Daily Inquirer on 21 May 2012. The article refers to a landlord and tenant dispute in relation to common property within Forbes Tower, which is under lease from Forbes Tower Condominium Corporation ("FTCC Lease"). It is incorrectly stated in the article, inter alia, that the tenant sought damages from the Company and that the Company has demanded continued payment of rent. Frasers Hospitality Philippines Inc, an indirect subsidiary of the Company (held through Frasers Centrepoint Limited and Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd) has been appointed as the property manager of certain apartment units and the common property of Forbes Tower. The Company is not, however, party to the FTCC Lease. |
