(i) Mr Ang Boon Cheow Edward is deemed to be interested in 139,529,634 shares of which 6,300,000 are owned by Mr Ang Boon Cheow Edward and registered in the name of HSBC (Singapore) Nominees Pte Ltd. The remaining shares are held indirectly by ANA Asia Limited ("ANA") which is wholly-owned by Mr Ang Boon Cheow Edward. By virtue of his interest in ANA, Mr Ang Boon Cheow Edward is deemed to be interested in the 133,229,634 shares held by ANA. The shares held by ANA are registered in the name of HSBC (Singapore) Nominees Pte Ltd. (ii) The percentage of issued share capital (before the change) is calculated based on 448,495,053 issued shares in the Company.
