(i) Mr Ang Boon Chong is deemed to be interested in 108,638,089 shares of which 14,485,000 are owned by Mr Ang Boon Chong and registered in the name of HSBC (Singapore) Nominees Pte Ltd. The remaining shares are held indirectly by Charisma Asia Limited ("CAL") which is wholly-owned by Mr Ang Boon Chong. By virtue of his interest in CAL, Mr Ang Boon Chong is deemed to be interested in the 94,153,089 shares held by CAL. The shares held by CAL are registered in the name of HSBC (Singapore) Nominees Pte Ltd. (ii) The percentage of issued share capital (before the change) is calculated based on 448,495,053 issued shares in the Company.
