Ltd., Dolphin Rig 3 Pte. Ltd., Dolphin Rig 4 Pte. Ltd., Dolphin Rig 5 Pte. Ltd. and Dolphin Rig 6 Pte. Ltd. The principal activity of Jurong Offshore Pte. Ltd. is in investment holding while the main activities of the other subsidiaries are in the provision of marine/offshore engineering and shipbuilding services. The incorporation of the said subsidiaries is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the current financial year. |
