SHANGHAI, Sept. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Hanwha SolarOne Co., Ltd. ("SolarOne" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: HSOL), a vertically integrated manufacturer of silicon ingots, wafers and photovoltaic cells and modules, today announced that due to an unavoidable scheduling conflict, it will reschedule the release of its unaudited financial results for the second quarter of 2012 to before market opening on Tuesday, September 11, 2012. The release had previously been scheduled for September 4.
On September 11, the Company's management will host a conference call to discuss the results at 8:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (8:00 PM Shanghai time). Management also confirms it expects its previous guidance for 2Q shipments and gross margins will be achieved.
