SAGUENAY, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 10/23/12 -- The management of Arianne Resources Inc. ("Arianne" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: DAN)(FRANKFURT: JE9N)(OTCBB: DRRSF) is pleased to report the latest results from drill holes completed on the Paul Zone in the summer of 2012.
This drilling was completed to confirm the presence of additional resources within the Paul Zone itself in order to increase the mine life (see March 20 and September 5, 2012 press releases). The following figure (see link http://bit.ly/TwgJUZ) shows the mineralized envelope defined using all the results obtained from all holes drilled in the Paul Zone. The new envelope is considerably larger than the mineralized envelope defined by the drilling results used for the November 2011 resource estimate, when only 48 drill holes were used, compared to the 123 holes now available.
New drilling is currently underway. Most of the additional drill holes were collared in the west part of the Paul Zone. Results from additional definition drilling will be available in early 2013 and will be included in the new resource estimate to be used in the Bankable Feasibility Study currently underway.
