Getronics Workspace Alliance (GWA) was among the select companies that Forrester Research, Inc. invited to participate in its report on Global Workspace Services, The Forrester Wave™: Global Workplace Services, Q1 2013.
In this evaluation, the GWA is cited as a Strong Performer and is cited for its great strength in core workspace services elements and had among the second highest scores in the client criteria. The Alliance also achieved the highest score in Service Market Presence [1] of any supplier evaluated.
The GWA represents a consortium of nine organisations, including Getronics, CompuCom Systems, SPIE, AGCN, NTT Data, ServiceOne, KPN, Tecnocom and Getronics LATAM. The Alliance was founded in 2009 to establish a new force in global IT services, and has already grown to support more than 7.4 million workspaces worldwide.
