LAMBDA TD Software Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

                 Arthur De Joya Joins the LAMBDA Management Team

LAS VEGAS (NV), August 13, 2013: LAMBDA TD Software, Inc. (LONDON, GXG Main

appointment of Arthur De Joya as the new Chief Financial Officer. He agreed to
accept the role of LAMBDA TD Software CFO as of July 1, 2013.

Arthur De Joya has over 18 years of experience in both public and private
accounting mainly working with publicly traded companies. His experience in
public accounting includes being employed with KPMG, LLP where he worked with
many large publicly traded companies. Arthur is a Certified Public Accountant
licensed in the State of Nevada and a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and Nevada Society of Certified Public
Accountants. He has served as a board of director, audit committee chairperson
and Chief Financial Officer for several publicly traded companies. Also, Arthur
has served on several non-profit board of directors, including the Economic
Opportunity Board and the Las Vegas Asian Chamber of Commerce. Additionally,
and has been a featured guest columnist with "In Business Las Vegas". He was
also named in the "Who's Who" of "In Business Las Vegas".
