Tokyo, Sept 4, 2013 - (JCN Newswire) - Lexus announces that it will display the "Lexus LF-NX", a compact crossover SUV concept, at the 65th Frankfurt International Motor Show to be held in Frankfurt, Germany from September 10 to 22*.
The Lexus LF-NX's sharp and powerful design is intended to appeal to the next generation of Lexus owners and explores the potential for a compact SUV crossover within the Lexus model range.
The exterior, conveying the unique power of an SUV and evoking the vehicle's exhilarating drive performance, adopts unique Lexus design elements such as the spindle grille and L-shaped clearance lamps independent from the headlamps.
Reinforcing the Lexus LF-NX concept's luxury SUV credentials, the strength and refinement of the interior's carved metal surfacing is complemented throughout by leather upholstery with contrast stitching, and sophisticated blue instrument lighting. The interior layout also facilitates intuitive interaction with the vehicle's next-generation technology, which includes touch-sensitive electrostatic switches and a new touch pad Remote Touch Interface (RTI) design.
The vehicle is fitted with the Lexus Hybrid Drive system, thus providing both outstanding drive and environmental performance.
