The Company recently completed a name change from Vois, Inc. to Mind Solutions, Inc. to better reflect the nature of the business and reduced the outstanding shares. With a current publicly traded float of less than 500,000 shares, The Company is tightly held and poised for growth.
The Company is now finalizing discussions to raise the necessary capital to complete their patented EEG headset and expects to announce details very soon. The anticipated funds will be used to complete the smallest, mobile BCI (brain-computer-interface) device available, to operate smart phones and PC's through the power of your mind.
