By integrating Zite's personalization technology and recommendation engine, Flipboard will further its mission to be the world's best personal magazine. In addition to the acquisition, the two companies will embark on a multifaceted partnership, enabling CNN to expand its mobile reach to a new audience and take advantage of Flipboard's technology and mobile sales strategy.
