Tallinn, Estonia, 2014-05-14 08:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nordecon AS and AS Technopolis Ülemiste signed a contract for the construction of an office building in Tallinn Ülemiste City at Lõõtsa st 5. The building will have 13 floors (height from ground level is 49.5 meters) and net closed area of approximately 11,000 square meters. This modern and well planned office building will be built using mainly reusable and local construction materials. The building will apply for environmental awareness LEED gold certification.
The value of the contract is approximately 8.7 million euros (excluding VAT). The construction begins in May and ends in August 2015.
