Pöyry closes the divestment of significant parts of its Finnish real estate design & consulting and construction management businesses

Pöyry has closed the divestment to Ramboll Finland Oy announced on 22 April 2014. The divestment includes significant parts of Pöyry's real estate design and consulting business, construction management business for the real estate and infrastructure sectors in Finland, and the Russian affiliate Pöyry LLC.

 

As part of the transaction, approximately 435 people have transferred from Pöyry to Ramboll Finland Oy. Following the transaction, Pöyry employs around 1,600 experts across Finland in its selected focus areas - industry, energy and infrastructure comprising transportation, water and environment.
