LAMBDA TD Software's Shares Trading Suspended Pending the Filing of the
                                   Accounts

LAS VEGAS (NV), June 30, 2014: LAMBDA TD Software, Inc. (LONDON, GXG Main
Quote, Symbol: LAMD, ISIN: US51327T2042, WKN: A1JPCA) announces that the
publication of its audited financial statements for the year to 31 December
2013 has been delayed following a change to the Company's auditor.

As a result of this, and following discussions between the Company, its
Corporate Advisor and GXG Markets, it has been agreed that trading in the
Company's shares will be suspended with effect from 30 June 2014.

The Company anticipates filing its financial statements by 31 July 2014 and, on
making such filing, trading in the Company's shares will resume.
