Elbit Imaging Ltd. (TASE, NASDAQ: EMITF) ("Elbit" or the "Company") announced today, that Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza"), a public company listed on the London Stock Exchange and the Warsaw Stock Exchange in which the Company holds directly and indirectly approximately 62.5% of the outstanding shares, announced following its Annual General Meeting held on July 8, 2014, that the following individuals shall be appointed to its board of directors with immediate effect: Mr. Ron Hadassi, Mr. David Dekel, Mr. Shlomi Kelsi, Mr. Yoav Kfir, Mr. Nadav Livni. The newly appointed directors of Plaza will join Messrs Marco Habib Wichers and Sarig Shalhav to form a board of directors comprising seven members.
