Files are stored in Dropbox and on the iPhone or iPad, through a secure tab called Cabinet in iStratus DayPlanner, which makes documents and data available any time and in any place, on the user's mobile device. "Think about getting on a plane and getting to work on documents without an internet connection," says Johns. "This app makes it possible to do your work and then have it automatically saved to Dropbox just a few hours later."
Another first-time innovation of the iStratus DayPlanner is the ability to navigate in, and search, the entire contents of a Dropbox account while offline. The search function in iStratus DayPlanner is designed to index items by name, comment, tag, and completion status, similar to how a traditional search engine functions.
