OJSC of accounts with Sberbank of Russia (including the custody accounts in
the Depository of Sberbank of Russia) and conducting operations on such
accounts;
- Concluding contracts (transactions) to maintain a minimum required
balance in the accounts of MMC Norilsk Nickel OJSC opened with Sberbank of
Russia;
- Concluding contracts (transactions) according to which MMC Norilsk Nickel
OJSC receives services of electronic data transfer systems and electronic
settlements systems from Sberbank of Russia;
- Concluding contracts (transactions) on procedures and terms for
calculating the interest based on the aggregate average chronological
balance in the settlement accounts of MMC Norilsk Nickel OJSC and its
subsidiaries;
- Concluding contracts (transactions) on the procedure for issuing and

- Concluding contracts (transactions) for the purchase and sale of
non-ferrous and precious metals for rubles or another foreign currency;
- Concluding contracts (transactions) according to which Sberbank of Russia
and MMC Norilsk Nickel OJSC collaborate in the joint implementation of
corporate social programs of MMC Norilsk Nickel OJSC;
- Concluding contracts (transactions) according to which Sberbank of Russia
performs on its own behalf and at the expense of MMC Norilsk Nickel OJSC,
based on the instructions by MMC Norilsk Nickel OJSC transactions for the
purchase or sale of securities, and performs other actions necessary to
fulfill the obligations under the transactions for the purchase or sale of
securities.
