CPI PROPERTY GROUP - GRAND OPENING OF QUADRIO SHOPPING CENTER IN PRAGUE
Luxembourg, 31 October 2014. CPI Property Group announces today's grand
opening of its prime commercial project in the Czech Republic - QUADRIO
shopping center.
This modern complex is located in the heart of Prague 1, directly above the
metro station Narodni trida, at the corner of Spalena a Purkynova streets.
QUADRIO is a unique mixed-use project comprised of 16,400 sqm of modern
A-class office space, 8,500 sqm of retail premises, 13 exclusive apartments
and an underground car parking for 250 cars. The piazza in front of the
building hosts a distinctive kinetic sculpture designed by an iconic artist
David Cerny.
The overall investment in this project amounts to EUR 115 million. Retail
premises have opened to the public today and are fully leased. Tenants of
the office premises will start moving into the building in the coming
months. Architecture and design services were provided by the team of
Cigler Marani Architects from Prague and Metrostav was the general
contractor.

competition in central Prague. The project fits perfectly into our
portfolio, we plan to hold it long-term and will move new headquarters of
