Dassault Systèmes (Paris:DSY) (Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA), the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, was informed that a joint share lock-up agreement was entered into, in accordance with article 787 B of the French Tax Code, on December 16 and 17, 2014 for at least two-years, by:
- Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault,
- Charles Edelstenne, and
- Bernard Charlès.
This undertaking globally covers 63,340,099Dassault Systèmes shares representing 24.7% of the share capital and 33.4% of the voting rights as of November 30, 2014 and December 31, 2014.
This lock-up agreement does not replace those previously entered into, as the same shares can be subject to several joint lock-up agreements.
