NGA Human Resources Named a Leader for the 3rd Consecutive Year in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Payroll BPO Services

LONDON, January 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --

NGA Human Resources, a leading provider of global HR solutions and services, today announced that it has been positioned a leader in the Magic Quadrant for Payroll BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Services report, published by Gartner, one of the world's most reputable technology analysis and research organisations.

This is the 3rd consecutive year that NGA has been recognised as a leader in this category.

The 2014 Magic Quadrant report evaluates the capabilities of 13 vendors of Payroll BPO services. NGA Human Services has been positioned based on its completeness of vision and ability to execute. NGA can also offer managed services based on a client's payroll platform, and it can accommodate other platforms, including Oracle, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and Workday.

According to the report leaders are providers that are performing very well today by having a clear vision of market direction and by actively building capabilities and competencies to sustain their leadership position. The payroll BPO service providers in this quadrant have superior market understanding and marketing and sales strategies that address market needs. Leaders have continuous research and innovation in technology and payroll administration, have strong financial viability, and have customers who testify to a very positive relationship.

Michael Custers, SVP Strategy and Marketing at NGA HR says: "We believe being recognised once again as a Leader in the Gartner report further validates our position as a market leader and focus on operational excellence, service quality as well as our continued commitment to improving customer satisfaction."
