WHAT:
The Kentucky Economic Forum (KEF) will host a discussion focused on the local and regional commercial, industrial and multi-family real estate market sponsored by ADP, Crowe Horwath, and Old National Bank.
The panel will discuss the effect the River Ridge Commerce Center and other industrial projects will have on the local regions. Members will discuss future opportunities for growth and investments that result from the developing real estate landscape.

Three industry leaders will speak, including:
Paul M. Wheatley, EDFP, Marketing and Finance Director - River Ridge Commerce Center: Mr. Wheatley has an extensive background in economic development and public finance from serving in marketing and development positions at both One Southern Indiana and the City of Jeffersonville. Along with his business development and attraction duties, his responsibilities also include managing the tax increment finance (TIF) district as well as the enterprise zone at River Ridge Commerce Center. Mr. Wheatley holds a public affairs degree from Indiana University and has an Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) certificate from the National Development Council.
Doug Butcher, Senior Vice President-Industrial Properties - CBRE: Mr. Butcher joined CBRE in 2001, focusing his efforts on industrial services. He spends his time developing new accounts in the landlord/seller representation arena, as well as in investment opportunities in the Louisville area. Mr. Butcher is a member of the Leadership Kentucky and the Leadership Louisville Foundation. He has served on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of March of Dimes, and currently serves on the ALS National Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors for the Kentucky ALS Association. He is on the Citizens Advisory Committee of the Louisville Day Treatment, a program for troubled youth, as well as the Kentucky Association for Economic Development Membership Committee.
Reed B. Weinberg, President - PRG Investments: Mr. Weinberg is the current president and a principal of PRG Investments, a full service commercial and investment real estate firm in Louisville. He oversees all aspects of the company's brokerage and investment operations, including the management of PRG's team of sales associates. Mr. Weinberg's brokerage, investment, and management experience encompasses all areas of the market and ranges from apartment complexes, to office buildings and retail strip centers. Mr. Weinberg has represented and assisted buyers, sellers, and owners in tens of millions of dollars of commercial property transactions. As the founder and president of RBW Real Estate Group, he also has extensive experience and success in syndicating real estate investment deals. Mr. Weinberg is an alumnus of Business First of Louisville's 40 under 40.
