PJSC "Magnit" Announces the Opening ofthe 191st Hypermarket

Krasnodar, February 12, 2015: PJSC "Magnit", Russia's largest food retailer
(the "Company"; MOEX and LSE: MGNT), is pleased to announce the opening of the
191st hypermarket of a medium format.

Please be informed that today the Company opened its 191st hypermarket of a
medium format located at 16 "A", 71st km of MKAD ("Way Park" shopping center),
Putilkovo village, Moscow oblast, Central federal region. Assortment of the
hypermarket consists of about 25,300 SKUs, out of which about 68% are food
items. There are 23 cash desks installed in the sales area. The outlet is
leased by the Company. The hypermarket is open 7 days a week from 10 am to 10
pm.
