PJSC "Magnit" Announces the 5th Coupon Yield Payment

Krasnodar, March 23, 2015: PJSC "Magnit", Russia's largest food retailer (the
"Company"; MOEX and LSE: MGNT), announces the 5th coupon yield payment against
bonds of BO-07 series.

Please be informed that today PJSC "Magnit" fulfilled its obligation of the
fifth coupon redemption against bonds of BO-07 series in the amount of
221,900,000 rubles.
