PJSC "Magnit" Announces the 4th Coupon Yield Payment

Krasnodar, March 31, 2015: PJSC "Magnit", Russia's largest food retailer (the
"Company"; MOEX and LSE: MGNT), announces the 4th coupon yield payment against
bonds.

Please be informed that today PJSC "Magnit" fulfilled its obligation of the
fourth coupon redemption against bonds of BO-08 / BO-09 series in the amount of
209,400,000 rubles / 209,400,000 rubles correspondingly.
