PJSC "Magnit" Announces the Opening ofthe 197th Hypermarket

Krasnodar, April 13, 2015: PJSC "Magnit", Russia's largest food retailer (the
"Company"; MOEX and LSE: MGNT), is pleased to announce the opening of the 197th
hypermarket of a small format.

Please be informed that on April 11, 2015 the Company opened its 197th
hypermarket of a small format located at 35 a, Dzerzhinskogo street ("Festival"
shopping center), Ozersk, Chelyabinsk oblast, Urals federal region. Assortment
of the hypermarket consists of more than 10,800 SKUs, out of which about 82%
are food items. There are 13 cash desks installed in the sales area. The outlet
is leased by the Company. The hypermarket is open 7 days a week from 9 am to 11
pm.
