Amsterdam - 28^th April 2015 - Head NV (U.S. OTC: HEDYY.PK) and HTM Sport GmbH (SIX: ISIN: CH0222437011), a leading global manufacturer and marketer of sports equipment, announced that all of the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders for Head NV held today, including the resolution to convert the legal form of Head NV into a private limited liability company ("Head BV") and amend the articles of association of Head NV, were approved.

Head BV will no longer publish quarterly reports, but will continue to publish an annual report which will be available on our website.
