Carrefour Belgium Selects Integration Matters' nJAMS Solution for End-to-end Monitoring

Belgian retailer continues drive to providea seamless customer journey, in effort to further improve customer satisfaction

Integration Matters, the integration services business, today announced that Carrefour Belgium, part of the French-founded Carrefour Group and leading retailer in Europe, has selected Integration Matters' nJAMS (not Just Another Monitoring Solution) to monitor all TIBCO BusinessWorks domains and TIBCO Adapters for SAP.

With nJAMS end-to-end monitoring, Carrefour Belgium will ensure it is delivering on its promise of extraordinary customer service. The sophisticated tool for the transparent, real-time monitoring of business-critical, end-to-end processes has been selected to drive Carrefour Belgium's ongoing initiative to realise seamless customer journeys across all channels and touchpoints, providing a clear view on products and promotions.
