PJSC "Magnit" Announces its Intention to File the Placement Notice

Krasnodar, May 14, 2015: PJSC "Magnit", Russia's largest food retailer (the
"Company"; the "Issuer", MOEX and LSE: MGNT) announces its intention to file
the notice on the results of bonds issuance (the "Placement Notice").

To comply with the article 25 of the Federal law "- 39-FZ as of 22.04.1996 (as
amended on 29.12.2012) "On the Securities Market", please be informed that PJSC
"Magnit" intends to file the notice on the results of issuance of PJSC "Magnit"
interest-bearing non-convertible certified bonds of the 02, 03 series to the
bearer with the obligatory centralized custody, state registration numbers
4-02-60525-P / 4-03-60525-P as of 27.12.2012.
