PJSC "Magnit" Announces the Completion of Exchange-Traded Bonds Placement

Krasnodar, July 24, 2015: PJSC "Magnit", Russia's largest food retailer (the "Company"; the "Issuer", MOEX and LSE: MGNT) announces the completion of the exchange-traded bonds placement.

Please be informed that on July 23, 2015 the Issuer completed the placement of its Exchange-traded bonds of the BO-10 series.

Details of the Exchange-traded bonds placement:

Type of securities:	non-convertible interest-bearing certified exchanged-traded bonds of the BO-10 series to the bearer with the obligatory centralized custody
Identification number of the issue and date of its assignment:	4B02-10-60525-P as of 30.07.2013
Maturity date:	1820th day from the date of initiation of the Exchange-traded bonds placement
