PJSC "Magnit" Announces the 5^th Coupon Yield Payment

Krasnodar, September 29, 2015: PJSC "Magnit", Russia's largest food retailer (the "Company"; MOEX and LSE: MGNT), announces the 5^th coupon yield payment against bonds.

Please be informed that today PJSC "Magnit" fulfilled its obligation of the fifth coupon redemption against bonds of BO-08 / BO-09 series in the amount of 209,400,000 rubles / 209,400,000 rubles correspondingly.

Parameters of the bond issue:

Type of securities:	Non-convertible interest-bearing certified exchange-traded bonds to the bearer of B0-08 / BO-09series with the obligatory centralized custody
Identification numbers of the securities issues and the date of their assignment:	No. 4B02-08-60525-P/No. 4B02-09-60525-P as of 10.08.2011
Reporting (coupon) period which the yield is paid for:	The fifth coupon period (31.03.2015 - 29.09.2015)
The total amount of the interest to be paid against bonds:	209,400,000 rubles / 209,400,000 rubles excluding tax and other deductions
The amount of the interest to be paid against one bond:	41.88 rubles / 41.88 rubles correspondingly
The total number of bonds against which the yield is paid:	5,000,000 bonds / 5,000,000 bonds correspondingly
The method of payment:	Monetary funds in the currency of the Russian Federation by means of non-cash settlement
The record date:	September 23, 2015
The date of the obligation fulfillment:	September 29, 2015
The total amount of the interest paid against bonds following the reporting period:	Following the 5th coupon period the amount of 209,400,000 rubles / 209,400,000 rubles correspondingly was paid excluding tax and other deductions; 209,329,202 rubles / 209,323,778 rubles correspondingly - adjusted for taxation. Obligation has been fulfilled.
