Rikki-Tikki-Tavi is a valiant mongoose that is adopted by a British family living in India. The mongoose comes to defend the family from Nag and Nagaina, a cobra pair that reside in the garden. Rikki-Tikki-Tavi is a side-story within Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book, which was originally published in 1894. The story of Rikki-Tikki-Tavi is occasionally published separately from The Jungle Book as a short book. Rikki-Tikki-Tavi was, also, a televised animated feature, directed by Chuck Jones, in 1975.
The previously announced Jungle Book expansion features 37 all-new puzzles, the tiger's-share of which are based on Mowgli's harrowing, and sometimes comedic, adventures in the jungle. Several puzzles associated with Rikki-Tikki-Tavi comprise an exclusive chapter within The Jungle Book expansion. New game mechanics such "chase," "collection," and "evade" play to the iconic characteristics of The Jungle Book as a group of stories.
