DGAP-Media / 2015-12-11 / 09:09 Corporate News POLIS Immobilien Board of Management to change in 2016 - Co-founder and CEO Dr. Alan Cadmus to resign Berlin, 11 December 2015 - Dr. Alan Cadmus, Chief Executive Officer of POLIS Immobilien AG in Berlin, will resign from office at his own request and by mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board with effect from 30 September 2016. No successor has been appointed yet. POLIS Immobilien AG acquires office properties for its own portfolio, which are modernised if necessary and managed by the company. Dr. Alan Cadmus established the company as founding shareholder together with former private bank Delbrück & Co., Privatbankiers, in 1998. In his capacity as CEO, he is responsible, among other things, for asset and portfolio management including acquisition, letting and sale, as well as for investor and public relations. Dr. Cadmus, who has always supported the cause of publicly listed real estate companies and German REITs, took POLIS Immobilien AG public in 2007 in the context of an IPO. The company was listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange until its delisting in October 2015. The Supervisory Board very much regrets the resignation of Dr. Cadmus and expresses its thanks and recognition for his long and successful activity. POLIS Immobilien AG, which was founded in Berlin in 1998, is a listed real estate company that buys, refurbishes/revitalises, and manages office properties for its own portfolio. The company focuses on one market segment: office properties in inner-city locations at the most important German office centres. The company acquires both fully leased properties with modern facilities, which generate a secure cash flow, as well as properties that are vacant or require modernisation, and which offer specific value appreciation potential.
